In November 2009, InduSoft inducted Sierra Detention Systems as a Certified System Integrator. The choicesoftware of Sierra engineers, InduSoft is the platform by which we develop individualized HMI systems for each project. Among its capabilities specific to the detention industry are:

Door Control
With InduSoft Web Studio, you can readily integrate the managing and monitoring functions of several different systems such as door control, card access, intercom, and video surveillance. All of these functions can be integrated into one or more illustrative user interface stations to provide seamless control for the operator.

Lighting
With an automated lighting system you can control usage and program an automated schedule. InduSoft Web Studio records total energy usage and has the capabilities to automate lighting when entering and exiting rooms. InduSoft Web Studio also integrates the lighting with the security system to turn on when an intruder is detected.

It is important to have a reliable communication system in place so that officers can report any hindrance or crisis that may occur within the facility. InduSoft Web Studio creates efficient communication offering wireless transmission options, multiple applications and streamline processing to provide the latest and most updated information.
